The project, named “Courage for Success,” will take place in Weicherdange, Luxembourg, between November 6th and November 16th, 2024. This event will gather 36 young people from diverse backgrounds, including participants from Germany, Luxembourg, Hungary, and Romania.

This project aims to address the challenges young people face in navigating career paths by fostering critical thinking, motivation, and personal growth. Participants will explore different professions, identify their strengths and values, and develop a career action plan in a supportive and dynamic environment.

We are looking for 5 participants aged between 18 and 25 years, residing in Hungary, and motivated to engage in career and personal development topics.
We are also seeking a group leader (25+ years old), fluent in English, with experience in career development or youth mentoring.
